1. General
By using AmritFlora and our services, you agree to these terms. We may update them occasionally; continued use means you accept the update. Material changes are announced in the Tuesday Edit newsletter.
2. Orders & pricing
- All prices in Indian Rupees (₹), inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Prices can change without notice — you pay the price shown at checkout.
- We may cancel orders placed against obvious pricing errors, with a full refund.
- Confirmation is subject to flower availability on the morning of dispatch.
3. Delivery
- Delivery windows are best efforts. Traffic, weather and Gurdwara processions can cause 20–60 min delays.
- Our rider calls before arrival and holds for ten minutes.
- For same-day delivery in Amritsar city, orders must be placed before 14:00 IST.
4. Cancellation & refunds
- Cancel up to 2 hours before dispatch for a full refund.
- Inside the 2-hour window we can often reschedule but not cancel — the arrangement is already being tied.
- Refunds to the original payment method, processed within 5–7 working days.
5. Quality guarantee · kasam se
100% fresh on arrival. If anything isn't right, WhatsApp us a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we'll replace the arrangement or refund in full — no back-and-forth.
6. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the order value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Amritsar, Punjab.
